EasyCrutch

With a team of 4, we created an innovative crutch design that is hands-free and provides natural walking gait.
After researching relevant standards and design constraints, we came up with a mechanical structure based on patient interviews and meetings with orthopedic surgeons.
We tested and finalized our design through FEA, topology optimization, and walking tests on physical prototypes. We also created user experience prototypes to gather feedback from stakeholders.
